I know what it is to hold a phone at 2am and realize the person on the other end doesn’t know what to do with you. I know what it is to be handed a referral and told to call back on Monday.

I am not a therapist or clinician. I am the person who finds the right one for your family.
I am a family navigator with 20+ years of lived experience as a first port of call for families navigating crisis — addiction, mental health, eating disorders, grief, sudden loss, and family rupture.
I learned this work in two ways:
- By living through serious crises myself and watching families become experts in a broken system just to survive it.
- By building a private network of vetted specialists — therapists, psychiatrists, addiction experts, grief counsellors, family systems experts — whom I know personally and trust completely.
My role is simple: I figure out what your family actually needs, I match you with the right specialist, and I stay with you until the fit holds.
I do not give advice. I connect you with the people who can.
I do not blacklist professionals by rumor.
One family’s bad experience with a clinician does not disqualify that clinician for another family. Fit is not reputation. Fit is the specific meeting of a specific specialist and a specific person, at a specific moment.
That is why the matching is human, and slow, and personal — and why it works.
