Jacqueline Roberts is the founder of The Advance 45:2, a private family navigation service for families in acute crisis. Based between Mallorca and London, she works by confidential inquiry and private introduction, matching families to the right clinicians and specialists — then staying with them until the plan holds.
Her work is human-led and diagnostic-first. She does not hand out lists of names or manage intake queues. She holds the whole picture of a family, asks the questions the forms do not, and finds the specialist who fits — not merely the one who has an opening.
She is not a therapist. She is not a case worker. She is the architect who puts the whole response together.
The Advance 45:2 takes on a small number of engagements at a time: addiction, adolescent mental health, eating disorders, sudden loss, high-conflict divorce, and the reintegration that follows. Every introduction is discreet, and no family or situation is ever named.
Outside the practice, her family includes her daughter, Jemima Roberts, an assistant producer working in film.

Jacqueline has lived through devastating loss, addiction, miscarriage, sudden death, eating disorders, PTSD, cancer, and divorce. Some of it at the same time. She knows what it is to hold a phone at 2am and realise the person on the other end does not know what to do with you.
That experience is the foundation of the work. The standard system is built for volume; families in crisis need the opposite. Jacqueline built The Advance 45:2 to be the person she wished she had found on the worst day of her life.
Fit is not reputation.
One family’s bad experience with a clinician does not disqualify that clinician for another family. The matching is human, slow, and personal — and it is protected by mutual confidentiality from the first conversation.
Jacqueline does not blacklist by gossip. She builds by fit, by context, and by the specific meeting of a specialist and a family at a specific moment.
